I cannot recommend Heathfield Windows highly enough!
Andy Thornton was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable, advising me on what options there were when I had to replace my old sash windows. The whole process was quick, easy and straightforward, the prices were very competitive and my windows were ready to install in less than 2 months. Andy recommended a scaffolder and they were very accommodating and quick. The installation team was fabulous too - they were very respectful, they left everything clean and tidy and they installed 4 windows in 2 days. And most of all, I love my new windows! I am so impressed with the finish, the quality of the materials and how well they have been fitted. Top marks all round. Thank you!

Have used Heathfield Windows in the past to replace our windows and patio doors. They did such a good job that we used them again to replace our old front door with a new one. On both occasions they did a really good job - very professional and quick. Very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have just had our sliding patio door removed and replaced with tilt a tilt and turn window and are very pleased with the result. The room seems much brighter. The staff are kind courteous and helpful, a pleasure to do business with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My mother commissioned a Heathfield Windows conservatory back in 2017, and my father had it installed that summer. It really has been a blessing, letting in a lot of light, and has proven to be a good place to keep plants thriving through the Winter months. What has to be mentioned though, is the courteous and energetic levels of aftersales service that we have benefitted from ... Colin Adams particularly deserves praise here ... but we've had Phil Jarnett and other member of the team come and assist us when needed. A truly fantastic local institution.

Excellent customer service all round. Great fitting, they did not try to talk us into anything we did not need, indeed they advised us that some of our planned work was unnecessary. The best part though was the after sales service, Colin was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Great communication from start to finish. Gave a straight forward quote, none of the haggling you have to do with companies like Anglian. Everyone on the team were friendly and polite, made every effort to get the work done when we needed and work was completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard especially as the windows weren’t straight forward to fit. Would highly recommend.

Had a broken window handle that meant my window didn't shut properly. These guys helped me out by giving me a replacement part and I couldn't be more thankful. Now my partner and I won't get woken up by chirping birds at 5 am and the gale force winds now remain outside the flat! Thanks again!
